The cuisine of our Rifugio is deeply linked to our territory, to the mountain cottages of Campogrosso, and seasonal food. It is a homemade traditional cuisine that constantly looks for sustainable local producers to fulfill our goal: making our clients taste the flavors linked to the historical heritage and culture of the Little Dolomites.
Menu
On our menu you will find ‘Gnocchi con la fioretta’, the authentic traditional dish of Recoaro Terme made with a special type of ricotta produced in the mountain cottages, homemade bigoli with bolognese sauce, melted Asiago cheese with mushrooms and speck, game meat with polenta and our homemade cakes: strudel and apple pie.
