A locally-oriented alpine cuisine

The cuisine of our Rifugio is deeply linked to our territory, to the mountain cottages of Campogrosso, and seasonal food.
It is a homemade traditional cuisine that constantly looks for sustainable local producers to fulfill our goal: making our clients taste the flavors linked to the historical heritage and culture of the Little Dolomites.

On our menu you will find our Gnocchi con la fioretta De.CO,  homemade bigoli with bolognese sauce, melted Asiago cheese with mushrooms and speck, game meat with polenta and our homemade cakes: strudel and apple pie.

Gnocchi con la fioretta De.Co. is an authentic dish from Recoaro Terme and one of the highest expressions of the alpine cuisine of the Little Dolomites. The ‘fioretta’ is liquid ricotta made in the mountain cottages of Campogrosso. It is accompanied by smoked ricotta, butter, and sage.

Our main dishes include Gnocchi con la fioretta De.Co, the traditional dish of Recoaro Terme, homemade bigoli with bolognese sauce, tomatoes, lasagne and our traditional vegetable soup.

The second dishes of of menu include Deer Stew, Beef Goulash and Melted Asiago cheese with mushrooms and speck. All our second courses are accompanied by our homemade polenta (cream of corn).

Our homemade dessert: strudel, apple pie and cooked cream.

The reservation is highly recommended. 
Dogs are admitted in the bar area inside our rifugio and on the outside terrace. They are not admitted inside our restaurant area.

Lunch:
From Monday to Saturday lunch takes place in 2 turns:
1° turn: from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
2° turn: from 1.30 pm  to 3 pm
On Sunday lunch takes place in 3 turns:
1° turn: from 11.30 am to 1 pm
2° turn: from1pm to 2.30 pm
3° turn: from 2.30 pm to 4 pm

Dinner:
Dinner takes place from 7 pm to 8.30 pm, subject to reservation.
