Gnocchi con la fioretta De.Co. is an authentic dish from Recoaro Terme and one of the highest expressions of the alpine cuisine of the Little Dolomites. The ‘fioretta’ is liquid ricotta made in the mountain cottages of Campogrosso. It is accompanied by smoked ricotta, butter, and sage.
